LMS Build, from $2,500

A WordPress and LearnDash course platform, built by an LMS specialist who cares what lesson two feels like.

Your course deserves a WordPress LMS website designed around your students, not squeezed into a template. We build for course creators and training businesses that need checkout, enrolment and delivery to work together.

From $2,500 Priced in writing before we start. A single course platform usually lands in 2 to 4 weeks, a multi course platform in 4 to 8.

Sound familiar?

I have 60 lessons and a Vimeo folder. Every builder I talk to wants to sell me a theme.
My students keep emailing to ask where the next module is. It is right there. Apparently it is not.
I paid for LearnDash a year ago and it still looks like the demo site.

What you get

  • Platform architecture: courses, modules, lessons, quizzes, drip, groups and certificates mapped to your actual content
  • Student experience design from first login to certificate, on a phone, at 11pm
  • WordPress and LearnDash build on your own hosting, with a custom theme that matches your brand
  • Checkout wiring through WooCommerce or Stripe, with the enrolment emails that follow
  • Email platform connection so new students land on the right list with the right tags
  • A launch checklist we run with you: test purchase, test enrolment, progression, quiz, certificate, mobile, speed, SSL
  • Two weeks of post launch fixes included

What is not included

  • Writing or filming your course content (we will structure it, you make it)
  • Hosting, domain and plugin licence fees (we recommend, you own the accounts)
  • Ongoing marketing, which lives in Ongoing Growth

How it works

  1. Strategy call and platform decision

Forty five minutes on your course, your students and your numbers. You leave with a written recommendation, even if it is not us.

What we need from you: a rough list of your content and an honest budget range.

  2. Architecture

We map every course, module, lesson and quiz into a structure a first time student can navigate without a tour video.

What we need from you: access to your content, even if it is a folder of files and a spreadsheet.

  3. Design and build

The student experience is designed first, then the platform is built to match it. You see it working at every stage, not just at the end.

What we need from you: brand assets, hosting access, and a few honest reactions along the way.

  4. Wiring and testing

Checkout, enrolment, emails, certificates, all connected and all tested with a real purchase and a real student account.

What we need from you: payment and email account access, handled securely and returned.

  5. Launch and handover

We switch it on in a quiet window, walk you through the admin side, and stay on for two weeks of fixes.

What we need from you: a launch date and one person who will answer questions that week.

Proof, not promises

A real client, with the numbers.

Every case study on this site names a real business with permission and uses the numbers from the build itself.

Questions we hear about this

Why LearnDash and not Kajabi or Teachable?

Sometimes it should be Kajabi or Teachable, and we will say so on the call. LearnDash on your own WordPress site wins when you have more than one course in you, want to own your student data and your pricing, and do not want a monthly platform fee that grows with you. The Platform Finder on our homepage gives you our real logic in about a minute.

How long does an LMS build take?

A focused single course platform usually lands in 2 to 4 weeks. A multi course platform or a membership with groups and certificates runs 4 to 8 weeks depending on content volume. You get a real timeline in the strategy phase and we protect it.

My course content is not finished. Can we still start?

Yes. The platform and the content can be built in parallel, and the structure work usually makes the content better. We map the curriculum together, build the system around it, and your lessons drop in as they are ready.

Do I own the platform when you are done?

Completely. Your hosting, your WordPress site, your LearnDash licence, your student list, your code. We hand over every login and we document the admin side so you are never locked in to us either.

What does it cost after launch?

Hosting, your LearnDash licence and a few plugin renewals, which together usually sit well under what a hosted platform charges per month. If you want us to keep improving the platform, that is the Ongoing Growth retainer from $600 a month.

Tell us what is breaking. We will tell you what fixes it.
