Tutoring Centre Operations Rebuild
Rebuilt YEO English Center's payroll and invoicing. Billing went from returning zero to 158 million dong a month, published with the owner's permission.
What was built
A live tutoring business teaching students across Vietnam and Thailand was running hundreds of weekly classes on a WordPress site that could not answer two questions. Who taught what. Who owes what.
We rebuilt the money layer. Payroll that pays only for classes actually taught and attended. Invoicing in two currencies that never mix. Seven self service admin tools so the owner runs her school without a developer. Every figure now traces to a real class.
